Terms of service.

By engaging Homework Media for photography services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Usage Rights
Homework Media retains the copyright to all photos, videos, and media we create. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these media solely for marketing and listing purposes related to the specific property photographed.
Any additional use outside these terms, including but not limited to commercial advertising, print materials, resale, or sublicensing, requires prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees. Unauthorized use of the media constitutes a violation of copyright law.
Editing, altering, or modifying the media without Homework Media’s prior consent is prohibited, except for cropping and minor adjustments necessary for formatting within standard marketing platforms.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon receipt of the final deliverables, unless otherwise specified in writing. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 5% per month may apply. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of future services.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, mobile payment, or other agreed-upon methods. Any payment disputes must be communicated in writing within 7 days of invoice receipt.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules may change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75 to cover lost time and expenses. We reserve the right to apply this fee at our discretion.
If Homework Media needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Liability
Homework Media is not responsible for:
Any damages, financial loss, or claims arising from the use or misuse of media provided.
Third-party use or distribution of the media once delivered.
Any factors beyond our control, including changes in property conditions, lighting, or staging.
We strive to capture the highest quality images, but visual representations are subject to conditions at the time of the shoot. Homework Media shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between the media and the actual property.
5. Delivery of Media
Final deliverables will be provided digitally in standard file formats within the agreed-upon timeline, typically within 24-48 hours of the shoot, unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing the media files. Homework Media is not responsible for lost or deleted files once delivery is confirmed. Additional requests for file retrieval may be subject to a fee.
6. Errors & Omissions
Homework Media strives to provide accurate, high-quality media. However, if any errors, omissions, or unintentional oversights occur in the final deliverables, we will correct the issue at no additional cost, provided that:
The correction request is made within 7 days of media delivery.
The request does not involve re-shooting the property (which may incur additional fees).
Beyond correction of errors, Homework Media is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such errors.
7. Force Majeure
Homework Media is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, network failures, or unforeseen emergencies.
8. Agreement to Terms
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. Homework Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
