Every shoot comes with a 2D floorplan with basic room measurements. We call this our Essential plan.
Drone photos $95
Buyers love seeing the full picture. Give them a bird’s-eye view with six aerial photos capturing the property’s most stunning angles. We focus on showcasing the home’s exterior and grounds, plus a high-altitude shot that places the property in context with the surrounding neighborhood.
Drone photos are included in our Standard and Premium packages.

the not so fine print
We mean it when we say our guarantee to you is to give you the best possible experience. Part of that pledge is trying to keep things as straightforward as we possibly can.

We really do believe that best product is a stupid simple one. Therefore we don’t charge by the shot count, size, or price of your listing. One price to rule them all.
For most properties, expect between 20-40 images.
We’re not in the business of over promising and underdelivering (see our guarantee above). That said, the final shot count and total deliverables is fully at the discretion of the photographer.

Our job is simple - to help you sell your listing. Once the property is sold, the photos have done their job, and your usage rights end.

Usage Rights
Homework Media retains the copyright to all photos, videos, and media we create. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these media solely for marketing and listing purposes related to the property photographed. Any additional use outside these terms, including but not limited to commercial advertising or resale, requires our written approval to ensure our work is used as intended.Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon receipt of the final deliverables unless otherwise specified. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, additional fees may apply, and services may be delayed until payment is completed.Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules may change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to accommodate your needs. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot.Liability

However, in the event of any errors, omissions, or unintentional oversights in the final deliverables, our liability is limited to correcting the issue within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost.
